III-Instructions for use

Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the smallest position.

4. When filling the culture test bottles, in order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled during bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

5. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

6. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed knob to the desired speed.

7. Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the smallest position, the timer must be set to "zero", the power switch must be turned off, and the power must be cut off.

4、 Precautions

1. Before starting work, check if the power supply matches and ensure that the three pin socket is reliably grounded to ensure safety.

2. Choose a medium working speed to ensure the longevity of the instrument. The workbench area of this instrument is large, and the centrifugal force inertia is high during oscillation. The instrument will move during high-speed oscillation. If it affects the work, it must be tightened with anchor screws installed on the cement floor.

3. Liquids such as acid, alkali, and water must not seep into the interior of the instrument to prevent corrosion of the components.
